Friulano »Monte Paluce«
Straw yellow with green reflections. Ripe pear, almond, and hay flowers on the nose. Mineral on the palate, with a saline finish — a classic mountain Friulano.
From the Carnic Alps above Paluzza — handcrafted at 600 metres.
A selection of our wines and ciders — direct from the estate, in limited quantity.
Straw yellow with green reflections. Ripe pear, almond, and hay flowers on the nose. Mineral on the palate, with a saline finish — a classic mountain Friulano.
Golden yellow, six months on the skins. Candied citron, dried herbs, acacia honey. Structured with fine tannic grain.
Deep ruby. Blackberry, violet, a note of pepper on the nose. Full-bodied with lively acidity and a long, spicy finish.
From old Carnia apple varieties (Carla, Pana, Decio). Golden, lightly sparkling, bone dry with notes of yellow apple and quince.
The name comes from an old Roman boundary stone above the village. Here, where Friuli meets the mountains, our vines grow in narrow strips on terraces — and our apple trees stand in meadows untouched for generations.
